If a credit card is declined and Innovative Auctions can't get payment by the pickup day of auction items were purchased that buyer will not be permitted to participate in any of our future auctions. Again, we prefer everyone to have an enjoyable experience. We have no desire to re-sell items that someone has bought. We prefer buyers to pick up or have items shipped. We also have to pay employees to re-list the items. We want this to be an enjoyable experience, but, items being left cause us to have to send trucks and employees to pick up left items. Items not picked up or that shipping has been arranged by pickup day will be forfeited and re-sold with all proceeds going to Innovative Auctions for re-listing, transportation to our facility and storage fees!! No Exceptions!! If you are an out of state buyer and do not want items shipped please notify us by email on Monday following auction that you will be picking them up. Not giving them paddle number or auction items purchased can delay your shipment. You will need to supply The UPS Store or your shipping agent with your payment information, name, paddle number, phone number and auction that items were purchased. We do not see your credit card information and do not give it to the UPS Store or your shipping agent. They pickup items at our facility every Thursday. Please contact them before removal date of auction. Please contact The UPS Store or your shipping agent before auction ends to get estimate of shipping cost and following the auction to arrange shipping. You have to actually call Proxibid to change it at that point to use another card.Ĭards declined for any reason will receive a 10.00 fee for labor spent tracking down, re-running cards etc. If you try to change a credit card after you register for a particular auction, unfortunately, the card that was listed at time of registration is the card that the system defaults to charging. We will NOT take another credit card over the phone or by email! If you want to use another card to pay for purchases other than what is registered with Proxibid at time of registration of each individual auction, you will need to contact Proxibid at 40 to change the card. We do NOT accept cash, check, Paypal or any other type of payment other than the actual credit card that is listed with Proxibid at time of registration for the auction that you are participating. We only charge for items purchased through the credit card that is registered with Proxibid. Any other shipper or shipping method will have to be arranged and pickup will have to be setup by the buyer. UPS Fairborn works with us on a weekly basis. We recommend the UPS Store in Fairborn Ohio. Innovative Auctions Inc., does not pack or ship items.
